Accounts Assistant

40 weeks per year. 2 days a week 9-5pm

We are seeking applications for the post of Accounts Assistant at this well established co-educational boarding and day school in the East Sussex countryside.

Reporting to the Financial Manager, the Accounts Assistant will assist with the billing, cashbook and nominal ledgers and will play an integral role in the functioning of the Bursary department.

The successful applicant is likely to have a relevant accountancy or book keeping qualification with experience of working within an accounting team, and be ICT competent with duties including:

• Accounts Receivable
• Banking
• Reconciliations
