About The Vines Society
Vines Committee
Open to all leavers on payment of a life subscription, the Society aims to keep the link between the school today and the pupils of the past and to foster friendships which have been forged whilst at the School. The Society is run by the Vines Committee and is wholly self-financing. The Committee meets twice annually, and there is always an Annual General Meeting on Vines Day in the Summer.
The Society also offers honorary membership to long-serving present and former members of staff to recognise their loyalty and enable them to keep in touch with colleagues and past pupils.
The Vines Society sends out regular newsletters to its members, and there is a Vines Day organised at the School each year, usually on the first Sunday of July.
